We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of tasks essential to our logistics operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Your role is fundamental to maintaining an efficient and organized warehouse environment. This position requires physical stamina, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety. You will be expected to handle various materials, operate hand trucks or pallet jacks, and assist with inventory management. The ideal candidate is a team player, eager to learn, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced setting. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. We offer competitive wages and a positive work atmosphere. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks for shipment.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Adhere to all lifting guidelines to prevent injuries.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals within the logistics framework.
