About
We are hiring Picker/Packers to join our bustling Los Angeles, California warehouse. In this essential role, you'll be at the forefront of order fulfillment, ensuring our customers receive their items accurately and promptly. Your main responsibilities will include utilizing handheld scanners to identify and retrieve items from warehouse shelves, meticulously packing them for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. Maintaining the quality and integrity of products throughout the picking and packing process is critical. We have a zero-tolerance policy for unsafe practices, and all employees must strictly follow Safety guidelines and wear the designated PPE at all times. This job requires physical stamina, involving continuous walking, standing, bending, and the Lifting of items that can weigh up to 50 pounds. Previous experience in a warehouse, e-commerce, or Logistics environment is advantageous. The successful candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced team setting. You'll be expected to meet performance targets for order accuracy and speed, directly contributing to customer satisfaction.
