Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our busy facility in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Your attention to detail and commitment to efficiency will be key to ensuring our logistics operations run smoothly. We foster a team-oriented environment where safety is paramount. Responsibilities:
  • Unload incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
  • Store merchandise in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and placement.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements.
  • Prepare items for shipment, including labeling and consolidation.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklifts).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all established safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
  • Assist with loading trucks for outbound shipments.
  • Support other warehouse functions as needed to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse setting is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform strenuous physical activities, including prolonged standing, walking, and bending.
  • Must be capable of heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
  • Experience with RF scanners is a plus.
