About
We are hiring motivated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona! If you are a hardworking individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to a busy **logistics** operation, this is the role for you. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including picking, packing, and moving inventory, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This position requires physical stamina, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to following instructions precisely. **Safety** is of utmost importance; all employees must wear appropriate **PPE** at all times and adhere to all **safety** guidelines and procedures. Significant **lifting** of items up to 50 pounds will be a regular part of the job. You will also be involved in receiving and stocking merchandise, conducting basic inventory checks, and assisting with general warehouse upkeep. Experience operating pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment is a plus, but not required as training will be provided. We value teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude. Successful candidates will be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment and have the ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
