This critical role ensures the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory, which is vital for our **Logistics** operations. You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing inventory control procedures. Maintaining a high level of accuracy prevents stockouts, reduces waste, and ensures that our customers receive the correct products. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to verify stock accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Monitor stock levels and report on inventory status, shortages, and overages.
- Ensure proper labeling and organization of inventory within the warehouse.
- Assist with receiving and put-away processes to maintain inventory integrity.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and adjustments.
- Adhere to all **Safety** regulations and **PPE** (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements.
- Support the **Logistics** team in achieving inventory accuracy goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inventory control or a similar role within a warehouse environment.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and WMS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including **Lifting** up to 30 pounds and standing for extended periods.
- Understanding of **Logistics** principles and warehouse operations.
- Commitment to **Safety** and adherence to all **PPE** guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree is a plus.
