Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve items based on order tickets.
- Verify product information to ensure correct items are picked.
- Package goods safely and efficiently, selecting appropriate shipping materials.
- Apply shipping labels and documentation accurately.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace to optimize efficiency and safety.
- Follow all company safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Report any stock issues, damages, or discrepancies.
- Participate in inventory checks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for the entire shift.
- Comfortable with lifting and moving items up to 40 pounds.
- Keen eye for detail to minimize errors.
- Basic understanding of logistics processes is beneficial.
- Must be able to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Adherence to all safety regulations and required use of PPE.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
