About
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our dynamic logistics team in Tampa, Florida. As a Picker/Packer, you will be an essential part of our warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets and safely packing them for shipment. This role requires attention to detail to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity while adhering to all safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations according to order specifications.
- Inspect picked items for damages or defects before packing.
- Package products securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packing materials.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and warehouse operations.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisory staff immediately.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform lifting of up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory management.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable and punctual.
