The Role They are looking for an experienced Modern Workplace Consultant to join on a contract basis. The role will require a technically astute individual with great communication and stakeholder management skills, who can take ownership of Microsoft's Modern Workplace suite of solutions.

Key Responsibilities Design and implement solutions for Microsoft’s Modern Workplace, ensuring they align with business needs. Oversee the full transition process to modern work environments, guiding the migration to Windows 10/11, Enterprise Mobility, Security, Office 365, Teams, Entra ID, Autopilot, Defender for Business, OneDrive for Business, and Self-Service Password management. Deliver comprehensive desktop management solutions leveraging Windows 10/11, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), SCCM, and Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager. Drive collaboration and data protection within the company by deploying Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Purview, and MS Viva Engage. Lead the configuration and deployment of Windows 10/11 alongside Office 365 through Autopilot/Intune, managing integrations with Active Directory and Group Policy. Manage the Windows Servicing Model via Configuration Manager, Windows Update for Business, and Intune co-management, ensuring smooth deployment and system updates. Stay updated and proficient in managing Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms. Provide expert leadership in mobile solutions and modern workplace strategies.Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience within a large-scale enterprise IT environment. Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Intune, SCCM, Office 365, Teams, and Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS). Proven expertise with Azure ATP, DLP, AIP, Windows Defender ATP, Entra, and other security management platforms. Experience in PowerShell and scripting languages for process automation. Ability to collaborate closely with pre-sales teams, providing accurate estimations for work-based customer costs. Strong documentation capabilities, with proven experience creating detailed technical documents, SOPs, and HLDs/LLDs. Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, thriving in a fast-paced work environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Preferred Qualifications Active or in-progress certifications in Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace. Experience using Power Automate to streamline business processes. Familiarity with Power BI for generating reports and performing data analysis
