Solutions Architect for Integration As a Solutions Architect for Integration, you will be a vital strategic partner to our Sales team, responsible for pinpointing complex supply chain inefficiencies and creating bespoke integration solutions. You will take charge of the technical analysis, develop engaging Proof of Concepts (POCs), and serve as the expert on how our platform can effectively integrate with customer ecosystems to streamline B2B processes, driving enhanced resilience and scalability. Your Key Responsibilities Act as the technical lead and trusted consultant throughout the sales process.
Facilitate discovery sessions with current and potential clients to gather detailed business and technology requirements.
Translate intricate technical architectures into clear business benefits for key stakeholders, such as CTOs, COOs, and VPs of Supply Chain.
Demonstrate the advantages of our solutions through dynamic presentations and live demos, both in person and virtually.
Collaborate with Product Management to incorporate critical customer feedback, influencing product development based on market insights and client requirements.
Evaluate, define, and execute proofs of concept (POCs) to demonstrate the value of our solutions within client environments.
Lead the technical responses for RFIs/RFPs, clearly outlining our unique value propositions in relation to competitors.
Your Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles, such as support or services.
Expertise in both cloud-based and on-premises integration software solutions.
Strong understanding of core Supply Chain processes, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Load Tender-to-Invoice.
Familiarity with B2B integrations, including EDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and JSON/XML data structures.
