Strong technical skills in ServiceNow - ITOM / ITSM / ITAM / CMDB Experience of developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in ServiceNow tools and technologies

Desirable Skills:

Holding experience of working within the UK Public Sector Experience of applying your job role skills for critical national infrastructure for the UK Experience of communication / telco systems Experience of working with the UK emergency services Experience of (or a desire to) work within an eco system team Knowledge of ServiceNow technologies and standards Experience with application development and deployment
