What youll be doing
Supporting the sales team by finalising deals once agreed
Collating and organising documentation to ensure everything is accurate and complete
Setting up customer files and maintaining internal databases
Managing the set-up of Direct Debits and ensuring correct financial details are in place
Acting as a key point of contact between sales, operations, and customers
Keeping records clean, up to date, and audit-ready
Providing general admin support across the business as it continues to grow
