Our client is seeking a skilled
Level 2 Desktop Support
professional to provide high-touch IT support to their team, including VIP and white-glove assistance. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and experience working in fast-paced financial services environments. This is an onsite position based in New York City, NY.
Starting at $40/hour.
Level 2 Desktop Support Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide advanced technical support to end-users, including VIP and white-glove clients Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft O365 Assist with account management, software deployment, and workstation maintenance Deliver exceptional customer service with clear, professional communication Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve escalated technical issues Level 2 Desktop Support Qualifications and Skills:
At least 5 years of professional IT support experience Prior experience supporting users in financial services environments Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft O365 Demonstrated ability to provide VIP/white-glove support Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
