*Responsibilities*
* Conduct evaluations and provide individualized therapy to children and adolescents with autism and other developmental challenges
* Create and implement treatment plans to address fine motor, self-care, sensory processing, and daily living skills
* Collaborate with families, teachers, and multi-disciplinary team members to support treatment goals
* Track, document, and communicate patient progress clearly and accurately
* Promote independence and confidence in children through skill-building and support
*Qualifications*
* Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
* Current *Ohio Occupational Therapy license* (or eligibility for licensure)
* Experience with autism and neurological developmental conditions preferred
* Strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for helping children
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
