The main job responsibilities will be: The HW Product Development Lead leads multiplecross functional engineering teams to achieve the technical product targets according to the agreed overall project schedule. Ensures the execution of all engineering activities including development, test & validation and product industrialization
The HW Product Development Lead is responsible for multiple
Product Release into Production
The HW Product Development Lead drive the
multiple
cross functional/product engineering team to achieve the technical project targets in time
Ensures the achievement of the required product maturity over the product life cycle for
multiple
products
Prepare technical decision options as input for the change control board and for management escalation
Plan technical work packages (content/schedule/quality) according to the overall project schedule
Plan and execute product/system releases according to defined schedule
Act as an interface for successful realization of the sample builds
Ensure, that the product meets the industrialization targets
Responsible to release the Engineering Documentation to the manufacturing plants to be able to perform sample builds
Sample Planning, Engineering Build Management
Understand Stellantis Domain team requirements, project milestones, technology relevance
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's of Science degree in Engineering or related field
A minimum 8 years of experience
Excellent communication, team work, problem solving and presentation skills.
Be able to work in global team environment
Experience in requirements engineering/management process
Able to learn to work with new technologies and systems
Engineering analysis/analytical ability
Project Planning and Leadership skills.
General knowledge of electronic sensor/module/systems
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient in the use of written and spoken English, with a focus on technical topics.
Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Certification (PMI) 5 year of experience as Team Leader or Project Manager
Experience with FMEA methods and tools (such as APIS IQ FMEA)
Experience in root cause and DFSS techniques (is-is not, 5-why, DMAIC, 8D, 5-penny, fishbone/fault-tree analysis)
