We are seeking an experienced SQL Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server to design, develop, and optimize database solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable working independently, follows modern SQL development practices, and has a strong focus on performance and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL Server databases and objects
- Write, optimize, and maintain stored procedures, functions, and queries
- Perform performance tuning and query optimization to improve efficiency
- Implement modern SQL coding standards and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using GIT, JIRA, and other code repositories
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner
- Ensure data integrity, security, and reliability across environments
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6-7 years of experience as a SQL Developer or similar role
- Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (2019 and above)
- Extensive experience with stored procedures and complex SQL queries
- Proven experience in SQL performance tuning and optimization
- Hands‑on experience with GIT, xcfaprz JIRA, and version control tools
- Strong understanding of modern SQL development practices
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables (self-starter)

- Experience working in agile or sprint-based environments
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
