  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers with a hands-on, engineer-first approach, guiding architecture, design, and development to ensure secure, maintainable, and high-quality solutions.
  • Drive deep technical engagement by actively contributing to solution design, code reviews, architecture planning, and debugging of complex systems.
  • Act as a technical consultant, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs, identify opportunities, and advise on scalable and strategic technology solutions.
  • Ensure cross-project consistency by aligning teams around best practices in security, DevOps, performance, compliance, and software architecture.
  • Collaborate with leadership on technical strategy, while contributing directly as a lead developer or solution architect in active product engineering initiatives.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experienced technical leader with a strong engineering background in web-technologies (e.g. Kotlin, Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, Typescript) and a proven track record of guiding teams in delivering high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions.
  • Hands-on contributor and architect, skilled in solution design, architecture planning, and debugging complex systems alongside developers.
  • Skilled in translating between business value and technical detail, with strong stakeholder engagement and strategic influence.
  • Deep knowledge of agile/lean product development, continuous delivery, automated testing and observability.
  • Fluent in German and English; open to regular business travel.
