More details will be shared with qualifiedcandidates.As the Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for defining andexecuting our company’s technology vision, aligning it with ourbusiness objectives. You’ll oversee all aspects of technologyadministration, strategy, intellectual property and team leadership todrive innovation, foster client relationships, and maintain technicalexcellence.Technology Leadership:Define and execute the company’s technology strategy to supportbusiness objectives.Cultivate positive client relationships and establish a reputation fortechnical excellence.Lead and supervise the technology team to achieve strategic goals.Create and maintain organizational KPIs for the technical team.Collaborate with the leadership team to set clear priorities and goals forIT management and production.Technology Strategy:Collaborate with the Product/Strategy team to ensure alignment withbusiness priorities and budgets.Develop decision support tools by capturing meaningful data.Implement a robust technology security plan for customer and organizationaldata.Drive strategies for advancing partnerships, technology platforms, andexternal relationships.Team Excellence:Ensure the codebase is well-maintained and technical debt is managedeffectively.Foster scalable growth within the technical team.Support developers by enabling a first-class developer experience.Ensure well-documented processes and readily available institutionalknowledge.Machine Learning / AI:Develop and lead an applied AI team within the company.Integrate AI/ML capabilities into our products and solutions.Conduct experiments based on product hypotheses and recommend AI/MLapplications.Establish best practices for AI usage across the organization.Technology Administration:Maintain technical and compliance certifications, overseeing audits.Lead non-dilutive funding applications.Coordinate patent applications with legal counsel.Manage software licenses, negotiations, and renewals.Monitor and manage user access permissions for software applications.Perform audits to optimize software usage and ensure compliance.Experience:At least Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, orrelated field.Proven experience in a leadership role within a technology-drivenorganization.Experience growing a technical team from small to medium size.Strong understanding of technology trends, security, and compliancestandards.Demonstrated ability to foster innovation, collaboration, and excellencewithin a technical team.Experience with machine learning/artificial intelligence implementation isa plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Equal OpportunitiesAltaML is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a safe,diverse and inclusive environment.
