Job Overview:
The Desktop Support Analyst provides technical support for end-users, handling issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity to ensure smooth operation of computer systems.
Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues. Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Offer user support and training on applications and best practices. Maintain and update systems, manage backups, and assist with upgrades. Document and track support requests, escalating complex issues as needed. Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience in IT or a related field. 2+ years of desktop support experience. Proficiency with Windows and macOS, and familiarity with networking concepts. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
