Reporting to the FP&A Manager this role will be a key bridge between the FP&A manager and the FP&A analysts. One direct report (FP&A Analyst) with another indirect report who will share a dotted line into the Weekly P&L Manager. 
This role is a 12-month fixed term contract, with potential to go permanent. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Key role in assisting with our annual budgeting and forecasting process, along with long range (5 year) planning
  • Ownership of our 3 statement financial model, updating and developing as the demands of the business change
  • Production of key stakeholder reports (including but not limited to Monthly Board Pack, Lender Pack, Budget Pack)
  • Analysis of contract profitability and step up including liaising with our commercial team to better understand contract performance
  • Scenario and Ad Hoc analysis for SLT
  • Calculating Group Leverage
  • Working closely with Business Development team on new wins / pipeline tracking and future growth scenarios
  • Analysis of working capital / cash movements
  • Managing / coordinating workloads of FP&A Analysts

Experience and Qualifications
  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with 2-5 year PQE
  • Strong excel / modelling capabilities
  • Inquisitive mindset, unafraid to challenge assumptions and ask ‘why’
  • Good communicator – experienced at dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Sound understanding of commercial impact on financials
  • Driven and ambitious, with a desire to progress within the business and challenge themselves
