Are you an expert in integration architecture with a passion for connecting applications across the entire enterprise? Join our team as an Integration Solution Architect and lead the way in developing and executing integration strategies to connect our modern IT landscape.

Available locations: Germany (Düsseldorf), the Netherlands (’s-Hertogenbosch), Denmark (Soeborg)

  • Oversee application integration across value streams and technology domains.
  • Align integration architecture with business and IT strategy, executing target architectures and roadmaps.
  • Lead or assist in requirements gathering and development of integration architectures for changes, demands, programs, and projects.
  • Ensure up-to-date documentation of integration architecture.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects on cross-domain and key domain topics impacting overall target architecture.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute the GEA integration strategy.
  • Create and enforce integration standards, policies, and guidelines.
  • Design and develop efficient technical environments (e.g., integration platforms, management and governance tools).
  • Contribute to defining operations standards.
  • Assist projects in requirements gathering, integration design, and documentation.
  • Maintain architectural documentation of integrations in EAM tools (e.g., LeanIX).
  • Assist in resolving operational issues.
  • Lead technology innovation for integrations.
  • Ensure adherence to architecture principles and Architecture Board decisions.
  • Promote and use architecture tools, frameworks, and standards.
  • Participate in innovation management within the integration architecture domain.

Professional Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proven skills in integration architecture.
  • Extensive knowledge of standards and products for SAP and general integration.
  • Experience in technology design and management.
  • Good understanding of architecture-related standards and frameworks.

Other Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong consulting, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration and leadership.
  • Proficient in professional-level English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Competent with modeling and presentation tools (e.g., Visio, Draw.io, PowerPoint, MS Office Suite).
