Purpose of Position
This role is responsible for the configuration, monitoring, and operational support of automated jobs within our medical billing SaaS platform. Technicians will ensure job processes run efficiently, respond to and resolve configuration-related incidents, and escalate issues in a timely manner to minimize operational disruptions and maintain system productivity.
Shift assignments will be determined in accordance with business needs and employee availability. Shift times may vary and include shift differentials for evening or overnight shifts if applicable.
Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Functions
Monitor jobs controlled by an automated scheduling system, to include adding and removing jobs from the scheduler Manually submit batch processing jobs and monitor to completion Maintain operations by monitoring job error and system messages Troubleshoot problems and assist in resolution Respond to inquiries from internal associates regarding job, schedule or production-related items/problems Escalate incidents to On-Call personnel as required afterhours Perform other defined tasks per documented instructions/processes Attends training/meetings as scheduled Acts as a positive role model in all aspects of professional performance Observes safety procedures and personnel policies Marginal Functions
