We’re hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide quality care and leadership as part of our dedicated nursing team.
Available Shifts:
6am-2pm
2p–10p
10p–6a
What You’ll Do
Provide direct nursing care and support to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
Monitor residents’ health status and promptly report changes to the supervising RN or physician.
Supervise and assist nursing assistants to ensure quality care and resident satisfaction.
Maintain clear, complete, and accurate documentation in resident records.
Foster a positive, compassionate, and team-oriented environment.
What We’re Looking For
Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
Active, unencumbered LPN license in this state.
Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
Compassion and patience when working with residents, families, and staff.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform essential nursing duties.
Working Conditions
Fast-paced clinical environment requiring flexibility and teamwork.
Exposure to infectious materials, cleaning agents, and physically demanding tasks.
May include weekend, holiday, or occasional extended hours as needed.
