Duties • Shall perform advanced level planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise level GIS associated geospatial databases, network equipment, and software tools and applicants • Must have eight years of progressive GIS server experience. • Experience administering and deploying ESRI GIS and Mapping Tool Suite: ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Earth. • Highly proficient in administering and deploying open source and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) GIS server equipment in support of intelligence organizations. • Proficient in administering and deploying enterprise level open source and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) GIS server equipment in support of intelligence organizations. • Ability to write custom scripts for automation and analysis using Python, with knowledge of C# and Java. • Perform at a high/expert level in systems architecture design and evaluation. • Maintain documentation of database configurations, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements • Expert Geospatial Information Systems Administrator is required to obtain and maintain currency of the appropriate level certification in accordance with DODD 8570.01. • Network+ and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA). SQL Server 2016 certifications desired. • Should possess an expert working knowledge of the discovery, analysis and exploitation of geospatially oriented data and the management of that data within a variety of Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) compliant applications and databases. • High/expert ability to manage and work with static and dynamic streaming geospatial-oriented data. • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of general experience in the fields of targeting, intelligence systems architecture, and geospatial systems experience is highly desirable. • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex database issues quickly. • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. W-2 Salary: $115,000 1099 Contractor: $68/hour
