Minimum Qualifications: At least 8 years of experience or a PhD accompanied by 4 years of software engineering experience, including direct management of technical teams.
Proven ability to recruit, build, and manage technical teams, along with experience overseeing performance management processes.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in coaching and mentoring software engineers to enhance their skills and career growth.
A minimum of 2 years of experience managing a diverse group of engineers.
Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience in technical management of large-scale systems, algorithms, and tools in the Machine Learning domain.
Public Compensation: $184,000/year to $257,000/year plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Industry:
