Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Performing tier 1 troubleshooting support at the various locations in the area PC refreshes and upgrades, machine/printer set ups, software installations, mat drives, resolving computer issues, reimaging/repurposing machines, inventory, day to day IT desktop support, answering calls from users and server/networking teams if issues arise, resetting passwords, general computer fixes Windows/MS 365 support. Must Have:
No degree/education necessary, Work experience - education 2-4 years of experience (tier 1/tier 2 support) Tier 1/tier 2 troubleshooting experience, Must know their way around a computer! Experience interacting with VPs and executives Nice To Have:
Desktop support MS certificate A+ certifications. Desktop support certs - basic computer understanding Windows 10/windows 11 experience. Pay Range:
$24 to $27 per hour
