As a Cluster Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving performance in your base gym and across your cluster. Your responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing data insights to enhance performance across each gym, implementing clear plans to boost both financial and operational success.
• Establishing effective ways of working and ensuring centrally driven activities are executed by your high-performing teams.
• Fostering talent development through a robust pipeline to support business growth and coaching all levels on the gym floor.
• Putting member experience at the heart of your cluster, using all available tools to maintain exceptional service standards.
• Continuously assessing the needs of Personal Trainers and Fitness Coaches to drive the wider group exercise agenda while ensuring a safe and legal environment.
• Supporting recruitment efforts for Personal Trainers and Fitness Coaches, proactively seeking new talent.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will collaborate with a talented team of Cluster Managers and fitness professionals dedicated to creating an exceptional member experience. Together, you will cultivate a fantastic workplace for both your team and gym members, managing Gym Managers within your cluster to strengthen overall performance.

• A proven track record in delivering financial and operational performance in single or multiple gyms.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in developing high-performing teams.
• A genuine passion for health, fitness, and well-being.
• Exceptional time management skills.
