Hybrid Job Summary:
As an IT Internal Systems Administrator, you will manage various projects aimed at enhancing our internally developed cloud platform. Success in this role requires the ability to handle professional-level support for IT issues while adhering to ZOLL Itamar’s IT procedures and regulations. You will report directly to the Director of Software Solutions. Essential Functions: Act as the primary point of contact for ZOLL Itamar employees and customers seeking technical assistance. Assist employees and customers with our proprietary platforms. Diagnose new issues and document resolutions. Support customers in pre-install planning, security evaluations, and deployment. Record incidents and resolutions in the IT task system. Monitor the cloud platform and report any issues. Conduct routine preventative maintenance on equipment. Aid customers and field staff with periodic software updates. Implement and monitor compliance with company IT regulations and procedures. Manage communication solutions involving IT. Report critical IT issues to the company’s IT manager. Adhere to all company policies and standards. Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management. Required/Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science preferred. Previous experience as a systems administrator is required. Experience with enterprise software security reviews is required. Minimum of 2 years' experience in software support is required. Proven IT support experience for at least 3 years is required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. Professional knowledge of Windows in an enterprise setting. Solid understanding of computer security concepts. Ability to quickly adapt to changes in job, environment, and industry. Outstanding customer service skills along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to learn independently. Effective communication skills and professional conduct. Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Willingness to work longer hours or after hours as needed to support the company. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 10%. Physical Demands:

This position is eligible for an annual bonus according to the company's bonus plan. Factors affecting starting salary include geographic location, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the candidate.
