We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong understanding of general dentistry practices, excellent patient assessment skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team to deliver exceptional care.
*Duties*
* Conduct thorough patient assessments and examinations to diagnose dental conditions.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
* Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and preventive care.
* Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote overall dental health.
* Ensure adherence to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
* Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
* Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
* Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
*Skills*
* Proficient in medical documentation and familiar with medical terminology related to dentistry.
* Strong understanding of infection control procedures and protocols.
* Excellent patient assessment skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages, including pediatrics.
* Knowledgeable in general dentistry practices, dental terminology, and relevant software such as Dentrix and Eaglesoft.
* Ability to perform medical imaging techniques accurately for diagnostic purposes.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient comfort and satisfaction.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $238,690.00 - $258,535.00 per year
