What you’ll be doing
• Meeting with external stakeholders including county officials, engineers, industry groups, and community members
• Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities and advancing them within established timelines
• Conducting site visits to monitor project progress, including utilizing drone technology to document milestones
• Drafting and filing legal real estate documents through Iowa Land Records
• Facilitating multiple real estate closings and mortgage transactions simultaneously
• Coordinating with lenders, attorneys, brokers, surveyors, landowners, and other partners to ensure smooth closings
• Managing livestock site development projects, including contract negotiations and review processes
• Overseeing construction budgeting and supporting newly constructed and acquired assets
• Maintaining and enhancing property databases and mapping software
• Coordinating permitting and documentation with state and county officials
