Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 8+ years of DevOps experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role Strong background in designing solutions across cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, Rackspace) Expertise with CI/CD tools (TeamCity, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLabs) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation) Management of SaaS applications, monitoring, and incident management experience Proficiency with observability tools such as Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, or ELK stack Solid understanding of networking, Linux environments, and application debugging Proven leadership and mentoring skills in Agile teams Responsibilities
Lead the DevOps team to develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure automation, security, and scalability Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment cycles Drive operational excellence through monitoring, incident management, and continuous feedback Collaborate with architecture and product teams on technology decisions Maintain high system security and compliance standards Build and nurture a high-performing engineering team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement Provide on-call support for internal and customer issues Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives Benefits
