We're seeking a Salesforce Developer to build and enhance enterprise solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL). This role supports a high-volume, mission-critical Salesforce environment with real-time integrations and production support.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and configuration Support and improve Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning workflows Build and maintain API integrations, middleware connections, and platform events Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions Troubleshoot production issues and support high-availability environments Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD deployments Requirements
4-8 years of Salesforce development experience Strong Apex development and LWC experience Hands-on experience with Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning Experience with API integrations, Git, and CI/CD tools Ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders Nice to Have
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I+, Service Cloud or FSL) Experience with telephony/contact center integrations or enterprise platforms
