Key duties & responsibilities are listed below to support the business in delivering accurate financial information, insightful analysis, and robust financial planning.

• Business Performance: Responsible for production and analysis of accurate financial reports and providing insights and recommendations based on this analysis.
• Provide monthly performance reviews and variance analysis to senior leadership.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor business performance.

• Budgeting / Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of the Annual Budget, inclusive of supporting analysis and presentations for senior management review.
• Preparation and analysis of quarterly forecast.

• Business Partnering: Support commercial decision-making with robust financial analysis and business cases.
• Drive accountability for financial performance across the organisation.
• Partner with senior management to understand their financial needs and provide relevant insights.
• Assist with the Financial integration of acquisitions.

• Qualified Accountant
• 1-2 years post qualified experience (will also consider newly qualified)
• Experience in FP&A preferred
