Role PurposeKey duties & responsibilities are listed below to support the business in delivering accurate financial information, insightful analysis, and robust financial planning.
Responsibilities- Business Performance: Responsible for production and analysis of accurate financial reports and providing insights and recommendations based on this analysis.
- Provide monthly performance reviews and variance analysis to senior leadership.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor business performance.
- Budgeting / Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of the Annual Budget, inclusive of supporting analysis and presentations for senior management review.
- Preparation and analysis of quarterly forecast.
- Business Partnering: Support commercial decision-making with robust financial analysis and business cases.
- Drive accountability for financial performance across the organisation.
- Partner with senior management to understand their financial needs and provide relevant insights.
- Assist with the Financial integration of acquisitions.
