This is an exciting opportunity to lead on a residential project based in Nenagh, Co.
Tipperary.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
Maintain high standards of quality, health & safety, and compliance with all statutory regulations.
Prepare and review progress reports, method statements, and site documentation.
Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
Requirements: Degree or relevant qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management.
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Site Engineer, preferably on large-scale residential projects.
Strong understanding of site safety, building regulations, and quality standards.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple contractors efficiently. xcfaprz
