Job Family:Data Science ConsultingTravel Required:Up to 10%Clearance Required:Ability to Obtain Public TrustWhat You Will Do:We are seeking a full‑time Data Scientist to support and scale data‑driven initiatives across analytics, AI, and machine learning. This role partners closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to turn complex data into actionable insights and production‑ready solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business and product decisionsDesign, develop, and deploy statistical models and machine learning algorithmsBuild and maintain data pipelines, feature engineering processes, and analytical workflowsPartner with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements, KPIs, and success metricsTranslate technical findings into clear, compelling insights for technical and non‑technical audiencesSupport experimentation, A/B testing, and model validation and monitoringContribute to data science best practices, documentation, and model governanceMentor junior team members and contribute to a strong data science cultureWhat You Will Need:Bachelor’s is requiredStrong experience in data science, analytics, or applied machine learningMinimum ONE (1) year experience with Python (and/or R) for data analysis and modelingStrong SQL skills and experience working with relational and analytical databasesSolid foundation in statistics, probability, and predictive modelingExperience working with both structured and unstructured dataAbility to collaborate effectively in a cross‑functional, fast‑paced environmentWhat Would Be Nice To Have:Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)Experience supporting AI‑driven products or data platformsKnowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, or production deployment practicesStrong communication and stakeholder‑management skillsThe annual salary range for this position is $89,000.00-$148,000.00.
