Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Verify delivery slips and purchase orders, noting any discrepancies.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by packing, labeling, and staging them for carrier pickup.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
- Keep the shipping and receiving areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Collaborate with other warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all guidelines.
