Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications, using RF scanners and other tools.
- Replenish inventory on the warehouse floor.
- Load and unload trailers, ensuring safe handling of products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Operate material handling equipment safely when required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling, up to 50 lbs.
- Experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic logistics concepts.
- Understanding and adherence to safety regulations and the use of PPE.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
