Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.
- Stock shelves and storage locations with incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders with speed and precision.
- Operate material handling equipment as trained.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and audits.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets.
- Perform tasks involving lifting up to 45 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to perform physically demanding tasks including regular lifting.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing needs.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
