This position involves a variety of tasks, including picking, packing, stocking, and general warehouse maintenance. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stock and retrieve inventory from warehouse shelves.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Conduct inventory checks and assist in cycle counting.
- Identify and report any damaged products or safety concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all operational goals are met.
- Support various logistics functions as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Willingness to perform lifting tasks, up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to attendance.
- Dedicated to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts is beneficial.
