About
Seeking motivated individuals to join our warehouse as Fulfillment Associates in Portland, Oregon. This role is key to our logistics network, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and dispatched promptly. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. We are dedicated to maintaining a safe and productive work environment, so adherence to Safety protocols and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is paramount. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to handle frequent Lifting. - Processing incoming shipments, verifying contents against orders.
- Stocking products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation.
- Accurately picking items for customer orders using pick lists or scanning devices.
- Packing orders securely and efficiently for transit.
- Preparing shipments for departure, including labeling and staging.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
- Following all company Safety policies and procedures diligently.
- Utilizing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required for each task.
- Must be able to perform manual tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety standards and logistics operations.
- Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing demands.
