Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your duties will include tracking stock levels, conducting physical counts, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly. Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
  • Record inventory data accurately using WMS software.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels and report low stock items.
  • Receive and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse stock for easy accessibility.
  • Ensure the proper handling and storage of all inventory items.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and use appropriate PPE.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and logistics.
  • Proficiency in WMS software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform lifting of up to 30 lbs when necessary.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and work in a warehouse environment.

Your meticulous approach to inventory management and adherence to safety standards, including proper PPE use, are crucial for this position within our logistics framework. While less physical than other roles, some lifting may be required.
