We are seeking a motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our vibrant logistics operations in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of goods through our distribution center. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Sort, stock, and organize products within the distribution center.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment according to specifications.
  • Prepare shipments for carriers, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Strictly follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet and exceed operational targets.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in logistics flow.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform lifting up to 50 pounds frequently.
  • Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of logistics operations and warehouse safety best practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
