Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order requirements using RF scanners.
- Inspect picked items for accuracy and quality.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the picking and packing areas.
- Follow all established safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qulaifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in order picking, packing, or warehouse operations is advantageous.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and instructions.
- Proficiency in using RF scanning equipment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
- Basic understanding of logistics principles is a plus.
