About
Become a Picker/Packer in our fast-paced warehouse located in Los Angeles, California. This role is fundamental to our fulfillment process, involving the accurate selection of items for orders and their subsequent careful packaging for shipment. You will work from pick lists or use scanning technology to retrieve products from warehouse locations. Following this, you will ensure items are packed securely and efficiently, meeting quality standards for transit. Accuracy and speed are key to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our logistics efficiency. A strong adherence to Safety guidelines and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are mandatory. This position demands physical stamina, the capacity for consistent Lifting, and meticulous attention to detail to prevent errors. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick specified items for customer orders.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare packages with appropriate labels and documentation.
- Maintain organized and clean work stations.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Properly wear and use all required PPE.
- Assist with Loading and other warehouse tasks as needed, including Lifting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to Safety and teamwork.
