About
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Tampa, Florida. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a wide range of tasks to support the efficient operation of our warehouse. This includes receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all Safety procedures are followed meticulously. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory to ensure your well-being and that of your colleagues. This role requires physical stamina, the ability to perform tasks involving significant Lifting, and a proactive approach to completing assigned duties. You will work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily operational goals within our logistics framework. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in a growing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and properly use required PPE at all times.
- Assist with Loading and unloading of trucks.
- Perform duties requiring consistent Lifting and physical exertion.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to Safety and teamwork.
