We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic logistics team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and the safety of our team. You will lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates, manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and implement operational improvements. Responsibilities include: supervising the receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations; controlling inventory and reconciling with stock data; planning, coordinating, and monitoring inventory and logistics; implementing operational policies and procedures; and ensuring adherence to safety and security protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse management systems, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety. A proven track record in warehouse supervision is essential. You will be responsible for ensuring all staff adhere to strict safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
