Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in Denver, Colorado. This position is central to the smooth functioning of our logistics operations, encompassing a wide array of responsibilities including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. We are seeking individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a high standard of operational excellence and Safety. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain runs efficiently and our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. Your adaptability and willingness to contribute across different areas will be key.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory accurately.
  • Store and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
  • Fulfill customer orders by picking and packing items efficiently.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
  • Operate warehouse machinery safely (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks – certification required for forklifts).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols and ensure correct use of PPE.
  • Participate actively in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 60 lbs.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Commitment to upholding Safety standards and procedures.
