We are hiring a Warehouse Worker to join our operations in Phoenix, Arizona! This role is fundamental to the day-to-day functioning of our warehouse, involving a range of tasks to ensure inventory is managed and orders are processed efficiently. - Picking and packing items for outgoing shipments.
- Receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Organizing and maintaining warehouse stock.
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Performing inventory counts as needed.
- Following all company policies and safety procedures.
- Assisting with various warehouse tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but training is provided.
- Ability to perform regular Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines carefully.
- Commitment to wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations is helpful.
