- Accurately locate and retrieve items from warehouse inventory using order lists or scanners.
- Verify item accuracy against order details.
- Transport picked items to packing or staging areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Meet daily picking quotas and quality standards.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Understand and contribute to the smooth logistics operations.
- Perform tasks requiring lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order forms and item numbers.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
