  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
  • Inspect items for damage before packing and shipping.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Assist with inventory management as needed.
  • Understand and follow instructions in the logistics process.
  • Be prepared for tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
