Job Summary:
Our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania warehouse is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving and put-away to picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed.
  • Conduct inventory checks and cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
  • Follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
  • Understand and implement warehouse logistics best practices.
  • Perform duties requiring regular lifting and physical exertion.
  • Identify and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Strong manual dexterity and coordination.
Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions.
Commitment to safety and willingness to wear PPE.
